JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
