The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect which reads as follows:- "The petitioner has not produced the admitted signature before the trial Court for comparison. Hence, the Revision Petition may be dismissed with liberty to file proper petition before the lower Court u/s. 45 of the Indian Evidence Act."
