O R D E R

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 324, 323, 506(ii) of IPC r/w 3 (1) (s) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2014, seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvannamalai to consider the bail applications of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in connection with Crime No.56 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the respondent.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, to consider the bail applications to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders.

The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
