sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Keevalur on 18.04.2023 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.119 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
