Prayer: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to survey the lands in S.F.No.304/2A and 304/1C, 304/2B, 304/2F, 304/1A in Iduvai Village, Tiruppur District as mentioned in the application dated 30.05.2018 as expeditiously with adequate police protection within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

When the matter was posted on 12.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. This Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 16.03.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Though the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', even today there is no representation for the petitioner.

Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
