O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed by the members of the petitioner-association in occupation of land in Survey Nos.3850 and 3860 of Tondiarpet Village, Ezhil Nagar, Kodungaiyur, Chennai. 2.Learned Additional Advocate General states that looking into the fact of location of the petitioner, there is no chance of issuance of pattas in respect of the land, but that the petitioner-association can approach the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board for rehabilitation. This is stated to be also as per the Minutes of meeting held by the Collector, Chennai, in July 2016.
3.The aforesaid stand is taken on record and the writ petition is, accordingly, closed. No costs.
