This petition has been filed to direct the the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and on the complaint lodged by the opposite party against this petitioner, both the complaints have been enquired into by the 4th respondent Police and the same has been closed on 16.07.2016. A copy of the closure report is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
