ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17531/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27226/2024 dated 11.12.2024 with modified condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders. Page No.1 of 4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17531/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27226/2024 dated 11.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a month, viz., on Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
