O R D E R

To quash the case in crime No.109 of 2023 on the file of the respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.The petitioner is the owner of the lodge, wherein, the police on information conducted raid and found the petitioner was running prostitution and victim girls were rescued and stating that he has no connection with the lodge neither owner nor lessee of the said lodge seeks quash of the complaint.

3.It is contented by the petitioner that the lodge is owned by his former wife and a case for divorce is pending between them in IDOP No.82 of 2020. 4.In view of the above, the reasons stated in the petition to quash requires proper investigation and on the face of statement made by the petitioner, the case in crime No.109 of 2023 cannot be quashed.
