This petition has been filed to grant exemption of court fee of Rs.9,000/- in the above appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this Court grants exemption of the deficit Court fee of Rs.9,000/- for the present. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall pay the Court fee before receiving a copy of the final judgment.

3. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
