Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.181/2009/A5 dated 06.09.2016 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional. O R D E R

The order impugned dated 06.09.2016 is the notice issued for convening a special meeting in the presence of the Assistant Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department on 20.09.2016 at 11.00 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the meeting was convened subsequently and trustees were appointed and now functioning.

3. This being the factum, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the Writ Petition become vanished. Thus, the relief as such sought for cannot be considered in the present Writ Petition. However, if any other grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
