This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27809 of 2022 on 22.11.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27809 of 2022 on 22.11.2022 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27809 of 2022 on 22.11.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent police.
