Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct Counselling for admission of students in MBBS Course in the vacancies as permitted by the orders passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India W.P.(Civil).No.469 of 2014 dated 18.09.2014 and the subsequent orders passed in I.A.Nos. 4 & 5 in W.P.(Civil).No.469 of 2014 dated 25.09.2014 and thereby grant admission to the Petitioner to MBBS Course based on his eligibility for the academic year 2014-2015.
