ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 03.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 03.04.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the Page No.2 of 4
neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law.
(c) If police assistance is required, the 2nd respondent is permitted to obtain the same by giving a representation to the police department and the police department shall act accordingly by granting police assistance.
(d) the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(e) There shall be no order as to costs.
