This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to consider and disposal of the representation dated 09.06.2020 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and pass appropriate order.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.06.2020 and to take appropriate action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the petitioner can be directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with all relevant documents and necessary action will be taken in accordance with law.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation along with all relevant documents to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent on receipt of the representation shall conduct an enquiry by affording sufficient opportunity to the parties concerned and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
