ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.B.Manimaran, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The writ petition is filed seeking direction to consider One Time Settlement.

3. This Court cannot direct the bank to accept One Time Settlement in a particular manner. The One Time Settlement is between the bank and the borrower/guarantor. It is for the bank to consider the proposal of the borrower for One Time Settlement on its own merits and in accordance with law and as per its policy. The petitioner may prosecute the application with the bank in that regard.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
