ORDER

The writ petition was filed in the year 2016 for a direction to direct the respondents to complete the work of restructuring the drainage system within the time as may be fixed by this Court, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2016.

2. Five years lapsed. It is not made clear whether the said work has been completed in all respects or not. However, due to lapse of time, this Curt is not inclined to grant the relief as such sought for. But the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority, if any grievances exists as of now.

3. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
