J., Considering the facts and circumstances of the case these petitions are ordered. However, the petitioner is directed to give a paper publication in a prescribed form so that the persons who are likely to be affected will have an opportunity of knowing the pendency of the proceedings.

2. Since this Court finds that the prescribed format (Form No. XII) is not adequate and does not serve the purpose, the petitioner is directed to ensure that the following details are also present in the publication apart from the prescribed format (Form No.XII) :

a) The prayer in this writ petition.

b) Next hearing date of the case. i.e. on 23.08.2021. c) The name of the respondent who has now been impleaded in a representing capacity and his designation.

3. The petitioner's counsel is directed to produce a copy of paper publication to the Registry so that the Registry will also verify the compliance of this order.

Post these matters on 23.08.2021.
