ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel appearing for the Chennai Corporation states that the appeal filed by the private respondent No.5 against whom the allegation is of unauthorised construction was listed on 4th July, 2016. It may be noticed that the earlier lock and seal notice was set aside and after further enquiry, orders have been passed adverse to respondent No.5, which had been assailed in the appeal.
2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 will ensure his presence on the specified date and the appellate authority will conclude the proceedings on the date already fixed. The appeal be disposed of within a maximum period of one month from today.
