(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) When the matter came up for hearing on 05.06.2018, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed after one week. Again when the matter came up for hearing on 12.06.2018, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner along with the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner with address and the matter was directed to be listed on 19.06.2018. Subsequently, when the matter was listed on 19.06.2018, there was no representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed today (25.06.2018) under the caption "for dismissal" with the name of the petitioner as well as his counsel and address printed in the cause list. .
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, inspite of posting the matter under the caption "for dismissal", neither the counsel nor the petitioner appeared before this Court, even though their names have been printed in the cause list along with address. It is evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
