This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.5846 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5846 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a week, i.e., on Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
