ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 394 of I.P.C in Crime No.91 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that totally there are three accused, the petitioner herein is arrayed as A2. It is alleged that the petitioner along with some other persons attacked the de-facto complainant, while he was driving his two wheeler and snatched a cell phone worth of Rs.9,500/- at knife point. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner of similar in nature and hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the bad antecedent of the petitioner and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
