ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO court, on all Page No.1 of 4
working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.27523 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27523 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 is relaxed.
