The factum of the death of the 1st plaintiffK.M.Abdul Wahab, in the Civil Suit and their legal representatives are not in dispute.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title, within a period of two weeks.
