2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5 and perused the materials.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition. 4.Hence, the Miscellaneous Petition is ORDERED and the delay is hereby condoned.

5.The Registry is directed to number the Petition for setting aside the order of dismissal dated 12.11.18 in Crl.RC.No.30/2009 and list the same 'for hearing'.
