Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11900 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the Thuraipakkam police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall enter the Sengadu village untill further orders.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11900 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the Thuraipakkam police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall enter the Sengadu village untill further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11900 of 2020 on 07.08.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11900 of 2020 on 07.08.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
