This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the accompanying criminal appeal as against the order dated 07.09.2023 made in S.C.No.50 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Cuddalore.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
