Praying leave to file a review application to review the order of this court dated 14.08.2020 made in W.P.No.10098 of 2020, the petitioner, who is a third party, has come forward with this miscellaneous petition..

The learned counsel for the petitioner/third party submitted that though an order was passed without hearing the petitioner herein, the same has not been complied with by the petitioner in the writ petition within the time granted by this court. Thus, it creates a right in favour of the petitioner herein.

Considering the above submissions, we are inclined to allow this petition. This miscellaneous petition is allowed accordingly.
