Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the request of the petitioner in the representation dated 02.04.2018 was considered and that patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in his holding as per the revenue records. 3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as the prayer having become infructuous. No costs.
