This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5302 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5302 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025 is relaxed.
