Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in ROC No.15009/2014/A7, dated 24.09.2014 by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to retire on superannuation as attained on 30.09.2014 or any other subsequent dates by receiving the terminal benefits including the Gratuity and pension and all other attendant benefits therewith and pass any orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
