ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] It is a case of man missing, who is husband of the petitioner, under the influence of alcohol, apart from suffering from memory loss.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that despite efforts having been taken, the detenue is yet to be secured.

3. In as much as the detenu is stated to be missing for about one year, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending.
