Seeking to set aside the exparte order dated 24.04.2019 passed in O.S.A.No.345 of 2017, the present petition has been filed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though vakalat has been filed, it has been returned for compliance. Since the same could not be represented, the exparte order was passed on 24.04.2019. It is further submitted that even before the order could be passed, the property in question has been alienated and certified copy of the sale deed has also been filed. 3.In such view of the matter, it would only be appropriate for the appellant to implead the subsequent purchaser and therefore, there is no question of granting any interim injunction restraining the petitioners from alienating the subject matter of the application.
