CMP No.11214 of 2021 has been filed to record the first appellant as Legal Representative of the deceased second appellant and CMP No.11217 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 6, who are the Legal Representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant as appellants 3 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Ms.R. Meenal, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The respondents have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the main Second Appeal on 07.09.2021.
