ORDER

The matter relates to land grabbing of the petitioner's land to the extent of 800 sq.ft. situated at Malangananthapuram Village, Pallavaram, Durga Road in S.No.320/5, T.S.No.1/6, Block No.49, by way of creating fictitious documents in the name of a dead person, by one Ravichandran, T.V.Rajendran, Elangovan, Madan, Kamalakannan and Thenmozhi. To take action against the said persons, the petitioner made a representation dated 19.05.2017 to the second respondent. The petitioner also made another complaint on 20.05.2017 to the first respondent. Since no action has been taken on the complaints, the present writ petition is filed.

2.Mr.D.Vairamurthy, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2017 and call the parties for interrogation. If any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action and proceed in accordance with law.
