This application has been filed by the applicant/defendant seeking permission of this Court to carry out repairs, at his cost, in the ground floor of the building, which is the subject matter of partition in the suit.
2. Heard both sides.
3. There is a compromise arrived at between the parties and both the parties have entered into a joint memo.
4. In view of joint memo having been entered into between the parties, this application is allowed subject to terms and conditions agreed by both the parties in the compromise memo. The joint memo filed by the applicant and the respondent shall form part of the order.
