ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5691 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 in Crime No.31 of 2025, on the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5691 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a week, i.e., on Tuesday and Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
