The petitioner, who is appearing in person seeks leave of this court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in relation to the new encroachments which have come up.

He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

In the view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
