Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.1950 of 2014 and to file the final report before the appropriate Court, in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.1950 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with, a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
