Heard Mr.M.Gnanamoorthy, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for non-applicants 1 and 2. It is submitted that non-applicants 3 to 6 are served through paper publication, but none appears for non-applicants 3 to 6.
This application is filed to condone the delay of 389 days in filing the appeal.
The non-applicants have not filed counter, controverting the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 389 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
