This Criminal Original Petition is filed, seeking direction upon the second respondent/Police to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.06.2015, and to investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police that the petitioner has lodged two complaints earlier and both complaints have been enquired into and closed.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's complaints were enquired into and closed, and a copy of the closure reports are also handedover to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
