The petitioner/decree holder has taken possession of the property. But due to some disturbance, the petitioner has unable to put up construction of compound wall. Hence, before this Court seeking police protection.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the representation of petitioner been received and on the date of construction, necessary police protection will be given as per the law.
