For Petitioner : Mr.T.Gowthaman For Respondents : N.Mala Government Pleader (Puducherry) O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2021 in accordance with law and take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent herein.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also undertakes to file a memo to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
