ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.46 of 2012 from the file of the respondents 3 and 4 to the CBCID Police, Dharmapuri District and investigate into the matter in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after investigation, the third respondent/the Maarandalli Police Station, Dharmapuri District has closed the F.I.R as "mistake of fact" on 16.04.2012 in R.C.No. 4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2004 and same is hereby recorded and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
