ORDER

This revision has been preferred as against the order passed by the Court below in discharging the accused in a matrimonial dispute. However, on a perusal of the materials available before this Court, it is seen that the parties have resolved their differences between themselves and they are living together and to that effect a joint memo of compromise has also been presented before this Court as early as 02.12.2009. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the first accused, viz., the husband of the petitioner also died pending disposal of this revision. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
