2. This petition has been filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to XIth Small Causes Court to dispose of RCOP No. 242/2019 at an early date.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. The R.C.O.P has been filed in the year 2019 for eviction on the willful default in payment of rent and also for subletting. According to the petitioner there is an arrears of rent to the tune of Rs.1,82,000/- after deducting the advance amount of Rs.1 lakh.
5. Taking into consideration of the entirety of the matter, without going into merits of the case, there shall be an order directing the XI Small Causes Court to dispose the above R.C.O.P within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
