H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2014 filed by the respondent-wife on the file of the Sub Court, Rasipuram, which was sought to be transferred is said to be dismissed for default on 06.04.2017 and H.M.O.P.No.449 of 2014 filed by the petitioner-husband on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore was allowed on 15.12.2016. Hence, the prayer in the transfer petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
