IRCTC/S2/FFU-KMU/2015 dated 19.12.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to forthwith hand over the Site to the petitioner for setting up, operation and management of the Fast Food Unit at Kumbakonam Railway Station pursuant to the Letter of Award dated 12.08.2015 of the 1st respondent herein.
