ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.D.Denipa, learned counsel appearing for Mr.Ajmal Azzath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to give necessary assistance for execution of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that because of the elections, assistance could not be given, however, now, the authorities would give the necessary assistance for execution of the order.

4. In view of the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.) (J.S.N.P., J.) 29.04.2024 Index :
