PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petition of the petitioner dated within a time frame to be fixed by this Court in accordance with the provisions of the MSMED Act, and the judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.18282 to 18287 of 2015.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petition dated 22.05.2018 filed by the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006 and also in the light of the order of this Court dated 24.11.2015 passed in W.P.Nos.18282 to 18287 of 2015.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after examining the provisions of the MSMED Act in detail, this Court, vide order dated 24.11.2015 in W.P.Nos.18282 to 18287 of 2015, directed the first respondent therein to decide the issue involved therein, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording personal hearing to the parties, within a period of ninety days. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed a similar order in this writ petition as well.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought in this writ petition and taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent Council to dispose of the petition, which is said to be pending from 22.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
